TGIF!!

I NEVER thought this weekend would get here! But, nevertheless, it IS here!! And I am feeling good!

Next weekend is gonna be pretty busy, going to Kim's on Friday for the 4th, staying over there, so I'm planning on just staying home and chillaxin this weekend! Actually feel like hitting up the pool....maybe!!

Other good news, Sue got her rebate check!!! So she can relax about $$ for a bit! I listed and sold my Olympus camera on Ebay, it sold last night for $172!! So I can relax about $$ a bit too!! However, its been like 16 hours since I sent the invoice to the person who won :( When will they get back to me!?!?

We have to go to the old apartment and clean this weekend!!! It still seems a little strange, we've been there for so long, its the only home (until two weeks ago) that Charlie has known!! I'll miss it. I'll miss the familiarity of it, thats probably it.

Hopefully with the relaxing weekend ahead, I can really finish up my unpacking and hopefully decide what photos I want up and where! I have alot of really pretty flower photos I've gathered, and pics of Charlie and friends I'd like to put somewhere....but where?? Flowers in bed & bath, Charlie & Friends in living rm? Flowers in bath & living rm, Charlie in bedrm?? Advice??

Well I'm hungry and have my fingers crossed I can leave early....so I'm off to eat my lean cusine mac & cheese!!! Yummmmy!!

Have I mentioned how much I enjoy listening to Steve Dahl (and Buzz) on workday mornings???

Well I was trying to figure out why yesterday was so poopy....I figured it out...day 1 of Steve Dahl Show vacation :(

On a typical day I get in the car a few minutes before 8, I listen till 10, then I listen to the 5:30-8am podcast, depending when I start it usually takes me till lunch. But yesterday at 10:01 I had to just listen to my itunes :(

Its gonna be a looooooooooong two weeks!!

I've said it before, and I guess I should say it again...Hello, my name is Krissy and I am an alcoholic. WTF!!

So Friday begins and I am gonna go somewhere to watch the game with Britt, Tony, Kim & Mike, then it changes to I am going to watch Boomer and Lisle while Britt and Tony go to the game, then Tony doesnt want to go because he has to work, so Britt wants me to go with.

So we go. Drink, drink and drink more. Apparently too much, I guess. At about 10am, we started with two water bottles with vodka & juice, then at noon we start at the park, we had $90, at $6.50 each, thats like 13 beers, so like 6 or 7 between us, then we leave (still good) go to John Barleycorn to meet up with Tonys brothers, and two more beers, its like 4 or so now, and I apparently pass out, on the sidewalk. Yes. Un-fricken-believable. I wake up in the ER, bawling.

I dont get it. Brittany is just convinced it was too much. We did eat a hot dog & split fries. I ate before I left too. I dont know, I just still feel really wierd about it. I feel like there has to be something underlying, right?!? I'm not saying I was roofied or anything, but, something else besides being drunk. Well and then the ER didnt do anything, just gave me fluid, no blood test for BAC, nothing!! If they had and I had a <.20 ok, but nothing!! How did they know I just needed fluids and not my stomach pumped? How did they know it was not a diabetic shock or anything?

I just feel like they didnt care, it was wrigleyville, obviously drunk.

Nonetheless, I feel better now. Still freaked out about it all.

And the fricken Cubs sweep them!! Yes, I am a reformed Sox fan, thanks to all the years of Steve, and James & Brittany!

Woe is me

Well yesterday was my birthday >>thank you<< and I spent the day at home with Chuck, thanks to Donna!!

But, I've been kinda in a frump since early last week, Donna was delivered a wage garnishment summons, for me :(

I've been battling this debt issue for a long time now, two years ago I joined up with a debt settlement company. The company claims that after 36 months, I should be debt free. I am paying the company $490/mo.

The only backfall of this scheme is that while I have gotten plenty of settlement offers, I have to have the funds to satisfy the offers, rather than what I thought it was (them paying the settlement offer upfront, and my $490 going to them). I have successfully accepted and closed two of my accounts.

So I still have Chase, began at $10,882 they are claiming its now $17,500, and Harris at almost $6,000.

So Chase as issued a wage garnishment for 15% of my weekly earnings, $150, until the judgement of $17,500 has been met. How the FUCK am I supposed to manage with $150 less a week!! $600 frickin dollars a month!!!

My mom suggest that I look into how much I have in my IRA/mutual funds, and see if I can liquify it and offer it to Chase to avoid being garnished. I called and I have $6330, but I'd have to pay like 50% in penalities & taxes.

I am so depressed about this, I dont know what I am supposed to do. Why cant I just come across $20,000 to cover everything and start fresh? Why cant someone just gift me $20k???

Anyone? Anyone?

Moved!!

Well we finally moved. We are 99% out of the old place and into the new!

But it still seems like its not our home yet. I cant wait for when it actually feels like our home.

What really is pissing me off however, is that I can not hookup my wireless network :( I just cant figure it out. I thought I explained that I had a wireless network! I guess its good because it keeps me off of the computer in the living room them :(

Uhaul Nightmare!

So the plan was for mom to head to IN today to pick up the Uhaul and then have some kids load it tommorow morning. Sounds good!

So she reserved the Uhaul two weeks ago, 5/28. She calls yesterday to double check and they dont have any Uhauls, and dont believe the will until Friday. This Uhaul is not only for her belongings in IN, but also to move from my apt to the new one! So if this doesnt pan out, then we have NO Uhaul!!

But, they finally called this morning, and said they have one, but they close at 5pm tonight, and do not open till 10am!! So mom is bustin her ass to get to Uhaul in Bluffton, IN by 5pm!!

Phew....have I mentioned how much I LOOOOVE moving??

Moving Day

Moving day is fastly approaching!! I cant believe it is almost here!!

As excited as I am to move, my stomach is tore up in knots thinking about the money it all costs. I 'was' thinking ahead and have been saving for months, I saved almost my entire tax refund and I have been saving $25/week since quitting smoking! I had about $2600 saved!

But, on Friday I must write a check for $2300 :(
